36"x48" oil on canvas, hiding frenchie!
Sweet Paint.  A strong soul who will be missed by her dear Megan.  I matched the glow of the camera flash in her eyes and added it to her blanket. Oil on canvas.
Delightful little Max.  One of my favorites!  I love doing paintings with unique poses and facial expressions.  Oil on canvas.
Sparky, beloved Springer Spaniel.  Oil in canvas.
Photo Courtesey of AKC monthly published magazine, this was requested by a young fan of mine.  Oil on canvas.
This was sweet Tosca, one of my friend's German Shepherds, who unfortunately went to the Rainbow bridge too soon.  Oil on canvas board.
This was Randy.  A beautiful senior Golden Retriever.  Oil on canvas.

Mitsu- beloved family dog.  Oil on wood box.
These beautiful girls are French Brittanys.  Oil on canvas.
This is Buddy!  Oil on canvas.
This is Cooley-boy.  Our failed foster!  Oil on canvas.
This was Wiley.  A foster my Mom took in, whom my brother grew very close to.  His little life ended too soon because of cancer.  This painting is a memorial memento for my brother.  Oil on canvas.
Beautiful Taz and Talla.  Oil on canvas board.
Beautiful senior fella.  Oils used on wood plaque.

A painting in progress.....

This is Morgan.  A handsome, smart, golden retriever.  Oil on canvas board.
Beautiful Satch.  Beloved Golden Retriever mix of a dear tennis friend.  Oil on wood plaque, hangs by sheer blue ribbon.
This is Steely.  Beautiful sled pulling girl I met while on vacation.  Oil on canvas.
This is Princess Twiggy!  She belongs to my best friend.  She is painted with oils on a wood plaque, embellished with a glass beaded and ribbon hanger.
This is a painting of my Cooley (White German Shepherd Dog) and my dachshund foster Little Bug.  Little Bug has since been adopted, but the progress that Cooley made with his own baggage to allow Little Bug to do this, proves that patience and love will conquer ghosts of past abuse and fear.  Oil on canvas.
This is Ivan.  He was a beautiful silver and black German Shepherd, a rescue of one of my dear friends.  RIP Ivan.  Oil on canvas board.
This was Makita.  A beautiful older lady turned into a local shelter.  I was called to foster her, but upon getting her vet check up before bringing her home, we found she had cancer, and the vet said the best thing to do was to send her to the Rainbow bridge.  I was devastated even just after spending 2 weeks with her at the shelter, but atleast her last few hours were in the car and hands of someone who loved her, just the way she was!  Oil on canvas.
A Boston Terrier I saw at a park.  Oil on canvas.
This Handsome Bichon appropriately named 'Te Beau', belonged to my tennis partner, and I did this portrait as a memoir.  Oils on a wood plaque, and hangs by a beautiful blue hued ribbon.
This is trooper.  He was an owner surrender to rescue, that we couldn't help.  I was very sad over him, after having communicated several times with the desperate owner.  Trooper was located in Greece.  I painted him to remember the dogs we can't always help.  This is oil on canvas board.
This is my Sascha.  A strapping 5 year old female, full of life, and perfect for painting practice!  Oil on canvas board.
Of course, another rescue, Cale, found his way into a great home!  Oil on canvas board.
Red Fred, this little guy was our first dachshund foster, and this painting done in acrylic was for me to remember, fondly, our first little foster!  Oils on wood.
A new type of art I am exploring, etching on foam board colored and blended with turpentine (all natural/biodegradable) and pastels.  This beautiful girl was a going away gift for a military family.
The etched foam board, again, my perfect practice subject, my Sascha.
This beautiful rescue mix is Finnigan.  He found his way into a wonderful home.  This painting was a memento for the owner who could not keep the little fella.  Oil on canvas.
